What I do

Through my business, People's Success, I help companies in North, Central, and South America with their employee development. I analyze, design and implement  customized solutions that enhance individual strengths and help develop new skills to adapt to change and make a positive impact in the organization.

I am a certified bilingual Dale Carnegie trainer, performance consultant and coach with more than 20 years of corporate experience in the fields of People Skills, Human Relations, Effective Communications, Leadership, High Impact Presentations, Change Cycle Intervention, Emotional Intelligence, Project Management, and Learning and Development, among others. 

For any customized solution for my clients, I provide them an ecosystem with self-assessments, 360 feedbacks, company culture surveys, training needs analysis, and ongoing support and coaching. 

How I got here

I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, South America. I worked there in the Information Technology field as a Systems Engineer, implementing applications in the South American affiliates of Best Foods International.

When I moved to the United States in 1999, I continued working in the technology field as a programmer analyst and developer, until I transitioned into the corporate training world.

My experience ranged in middle market and large corporations, as well as organizations, to produce measurable business results by improving the performance of employees with emphasis on leadership, culture, sales, team member engagement, customer service, presentations, process improvement and other essential management skills. 

I have also been a guest speaker in a variety of events for Spanish and English audiences in the United States, South America, and Central America.

Why I do it

I believe that in every organization, people have a story to tell, and a reason for being and doing. Each employee possesses an individual combination of strengths and abilities. My purpose is to help with the alignment of vision and goals within a company, to turn each employee's  potential into high performance, and improve engagement and culture metrics.
